- Gentamycin solution at 10mg/ml 30 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Gentamycin solution at 10mg/ml 30 µl

- Gentamycin sulfate 100 mg (^SIGMA G3632)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)
