Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Ampicillin + Streptomycin + Tetracycline + Chloramphenicol

- Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl
- Streptomycin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl
- Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 20 µl
- Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl

- Ampicillin sodium 1 g (^SIGMA A0166)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize

Streptomycin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl

- Streptomycin 1 g (^SIGMA S6501)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)

Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 20 µl

- Tetracyclin 75 mg (^SIGMA T3383)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize

Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl

- Chloramphenicol USP 250 mg (^SIGMA C0857)

Diluted in 10ml of 100% ethanol Filter sterilize
