Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Ampicillin + Kanamycin

- Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl
- Kanamycin Solution at 25mg/ml 40 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl

- Ampicillin sodium 1 g (^SIGMA A0166)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize

Kanamycin Solution at 25mg/ml 40 µl

- Kanamycin sulfate 250 mg (^SERVA 26899)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)
