Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

- Spectinomycin dihydrochloride 250 mg (^SIGMA S9007)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)
