Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Chloramphenicol + Kanamycin (20µg/ml final)

- Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl
- Kanamycin Solution at 25mg/ml 16 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl

- Chloramphenicol USP 250 mg (^SIGMA C0857)

Diluted in 10ml of 100% ethanol Filter sterilize

Kanamycin Solution at 25mg/ml 16 µl

- Kanamycin sulfate 250 mg (^SERVA 26899)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)
