Formulation of medium : 1113

Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Tetracycline + Spectinomycin

- Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 20 µl
- Spectinomycin Solution at 25mg/ml 40 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 20 µl

- Tetracyclin 75 mg (^SIGMA T3383)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize

Spectinomycin Solution at 25mg/ml 40 µl

- Spectinomycin dihydrochloride 250 mg (^SIGMA S9007)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)

NULL
