Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Nalidixic Acid + Kanamycin

- Nalidixic Acid Solution at 30mg/ml 20 µl
- Kanamycin Solution at 25mg/ml 40 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Nalidixic Acid Solution at 30mg/ml 20 µl

- Nalidixic Acid 300 mg (^SIGMA N4382)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)

- Kanamycin sulfate 250 mg (^SERVA 26899)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml
