Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Chloramphenicol + Apramycin

- Apramycin Solution at 30mg/ml 20 µl
- Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion.

Apramycin Solution at 30mg/ml 20 µl

- Apramycin sulfate 300 mg (^SIGMA A2024)
- Distilled water make up to 10 ml

Filter sterilize

Distilled water make up to 10 ml

- Ultra pure water make up to 10000 l (^Millipore MilliQ)

Chloramphenicol Solution at 25mg/ml 20 µl

- Chloramphenicol USP 250 mg (^SIGMA C0857)

Diluted in 10ml of 100% ethanol Filter sterilize
