Formulation of medium : 1129

Luria Bertani Medium (cf medium 368) + Ampicillin + Tetracyclin

- Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl
- Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 40 µl

Added with 20ml of Luria Bertani agar in fusion

Ampicillin Solution at 100mg/ml 20 µl

- Ampicillin sodium 1 g (^SIGMA A0166)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize

Tetracycline Solution at 7,5mg/ml 40 µl

- Tetracyclin 75 mg (^SIGMA T3383)

Diluted in 10ml of 50% ethanol Filter sterilize
