MEDIUM 13 - Marine agar

- Marine agar 55.1 g (^DIFCO 212185 BD)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.6 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
