- Sodium chloride 2.5 g (^{SIGMA -ALDRICH} 31434-1KG-R)
- Sodium thyoglycolate 0.5 g (^Prolabo 27 938.18)
- L-Cysteine 1 g (^Merck 1.02838)
- Maltose 2 g (^Merck 5910)
- Potato dextrose broth 5 g (^Difco 254920)
- N-Acetyl glucosamine 0.2 g (^Sigma A-8625)
- Ultra pure water make up to 67 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Bacto Agar 0.15 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Horse serum 333 ml (^Gibco 26050-088)

Add all products except horse serum Adjust pH to 8.0 + 0.2 Autoclave at 110°C for 30 minutes Add aseptically inactivated (1 h at 60°C) horse serum
