- Tween 80 50 mg (^Merck 822187)
- Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 1 g (^Merck 1.05886)
- Sodium chloride 50 g (^{SIGMA -ALDRICH} 31434-1KG-R)
- Glycerol 2 g (^Prolabo 24 387.292)
- Bacto Agar 20 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.2 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
