MEDIUM 19 - for Bacillus pasteurii

- Columbia agar 39 g (^Bio-Rad 279240)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Urea solution 20% - M0090 100 ml

Add all products except urea solution Adjust pH to 7.0 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically urea solution solution

- Urea 20 g (^{Carlo Erba} 490758)
- Ultra pure water make up to 100 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
