MEDIUM 20 - for Anaerobic bacteria

- Tryptone 30 g (^{BECTON DICKINSON} 211705)
- Yeast extract 20 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- L-Cystein 0.5 g (^Sigma C7352)
- Glucose 5 g (^Sigma G8270)
- Hemin solution - M00149 25 ml
- Bacto Agar 15 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.2 + 0.2 Autoclave at 110°C for 30 minutes

Hemin solution - M00149 25 ml

- Hemin chloride 0.1 g (^Merck 3741)
- Sodium hydroxyde 30% 0.1 ml (^Fisher S/4950/PB15)
- Triethanolamine 4 ml (^VWR 28743.290)
- Ultra pure water make up to 96 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Filter sterilize
