MEDIUM 23 - for Afipia and Legionella

- Legionella agar 37 g (^{Becton dickinson} 212327)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Legionella - enrichment mixture 10 ml (^{Bio Mérieux} 55641)

Add all products except enrichment mixture Adjust pH to 7.0 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically Legionella enrichment mixture
