MEDIUM 236 - for Streptomyces, Nocardioides, Streptoverticillum reticulum

- Glucose 4 g (^Sigma G8270)
- Yeast extract 4 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- Calcium carbonate 2 g (^Prolabo 22 300.290)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.2 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
