- Casamino acids 5 g (^{Becton Dickinson} 223050)
- Sodium glutamate 1 g (^Merck 6445)
- Potassium chloride 2 g (^Sigma P9541)
- Tri-sodium citrate pentahydrate 3 g (^Prolabo 27 834.29)
- Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 20 g (^Merck 1.05886)
- Sodium chloride 200 g (^{SIGMA -ALDRICH} 31434-1KG-R)
- Ferrous chloride tetrahydrate 36 mg (^Merck 1.03861)
- ManganeseII chloride tetrahydrate 0.36 mg (^Prolabo 25 222.233)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.0 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
