MEDIUM 252 - for Gardnerella and Propionibacterium lymphophilum

- Brain heart infusion agar 37 g (^{BECTON DICKINSON} 241830)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 mL (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Horse serum 200 mL (^Gibco 26050-088)
- Maltose 10 % solution - M0173 200 mL

Adjust pH to 7.4 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically horse serum and maltose

Maltose 10 % solution - M0173 200 mL

- Maltose 20 g (^Merck 5910)
- Ultra pure water make up to 200 mL (^Millipore MilliQ)
