MEDIUM 26 - for Gardnerella and Propionibacterium lymphophilum

- Brain heart infusion 37 g (^{BECTON DICKINSON} 237500)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 mL (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Horse serum 200 mL (^Gibco 26050-088)
- Maltose 10 % solution - M0173 200 mL

Adjust pH to 7.4 + 0.2 Add all products except horse serum and maltose solution Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Add asepticallly horse serum and maltose 10 % solution

Maltose 10 % solution - M0173 200 mL

- Maltose 20 g (^Merck 5910)
- Ultra pure water make up to 200 mL (^Millipore MilliQ)

Filter sterilize
