MEDIUM 262 - Columbia agar with 30 % horse blood

- Columbia agar 39 g (^Bio-Rad 279240)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Horse blood 300 ml (^BioMérieux 55 833)

Adjust pH to 7.3 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 60°C Add aseptically horse blood
