Formulation of medium : 271

MEDIUM 271 - for Actinomadura vinacea and Actinomadura rubrobrunea

- Oats 20 g
- Trace salt solution - M00447 1 ml
- Yeast extract 1 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- Bacto Agar 18 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust to pH 7.2 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes

Trace salt solution - M00447 1 ml

- Iron (II) sulphate heptahydrate 0.1 g (^Prolabo 24 241.298)
- ManganeseII chloride tetrahydrate 0.1 g (^Prolabo 25 222.233)
- Zinc sulphate heptahydrate 0.1 g (^Prolabo 29 158.237)
- Ultra pure water make up to 100 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
