- Proteose Peptone n°3 2.5 g (^Difco 211693)
- Bacto Agar 20 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 980 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Solution SL-4 - M00546 10 ml
- Vitamins solution - M00544 10 ml

Add all products except solutions Adjust pH to 7.5 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically solutions
