MEDIUM 366 - for Actinoalloteichus cyanogriseus

- Yeast extract 4 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- Malt extract 10 g (^{Becton Dickinson} 218630)
- Glucose 4 g (^Sigma G8270)
- Bacto Agar 20 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Adjust to pH 10.00 + 0.2 with 10 % sodium bicarbonate filter sterilized solution
