MEDIUM 433 - for Atopobium, Clostridium scindens, C. hylemonae, Corpobacillus cateniformis, Catenibacterium mitsuokai, Solobacterium moorei

- Beef extract 2.4 g (^Oxoïd L29)
- Proteose Peptone n°3 10 g (^Difco 211693)
- Yeast extract 5 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- Di Sodium hydrogen phosphate 4 g (^Prolabo 28 026.292)
- Glucose 1.5 g (^Sigma G8270)
- Starch maize 0.5 g (^Prolabo 21 145.296)
- Cystine solution - M00863 50 ml
- L-Cysteine 0.5 g (^Merck 1.02838)
- Bacto Agar 15 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 950 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Horse blood 50 ml (^BioMérieux 55 833)

Add all components except horse blood Adjust pH to 7.6 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically horse blood.
