MEDIUM 45 - for Columbia agar with sheep blood

- Columbia agar 39 g (^Bio-Rad 279240)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 mL (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Sheep blood 100 mL (^BioMérieux 55 823)

Adjust pH to 7.3 + 0.2 Autoclave to 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically sheep blood
