MEDIUM 463 - for Pasteurella skyensis

- Trypto casein soy agar 40 g (^Bio-Rad 64554)
- Sodium chloride 15 g (^{SIGMA -ALDRICH} 31434-1KG-R)
- Ultra pure water make up to 900 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
- Horse blood 100 ml (^BioMérieux 55 833)

Add all products except horse blood Adjust pH to 7.3 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically horse blood
