- Ultra pure water make up to 690 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Add all products except solutions in boiling water Adjust pH to 9 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 45 minutes Cool to 50°C Add aseptically solutions

Thermus macronutrients 10X solution - M00976 100 ml

- Nitrilotriacetic acid 1000 mg (^Sigma N-9877)
- Calcium sulphate dihydrate 600 mg (^Prolabo 22 452.237)
- Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 1000 mg (^Merck 1.05886)
