- Yeast Baker 5 g
- Calcium chloride dihydrate 1.36 g (^Merck 102378)
- Vitamin B12 solution - M01085 100 ml
- Maltose solution - M01084 100 ml
- Bacto Agar 15 g (^{BD Difco} 214010)
- Ultra pure water make up to 1000 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Adjust pH to 7.2 + 0.2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes

Vitamin B12 solution - M01085 100 ml

- Cyanocobalamin (Vit.B12) 0.5 g (^Calbiochem 6791)
- Ultra pure water make up to 100 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)

Filter sterilize

Maltose solution - M01084 100 ml

- Maltose 2 g (^Merck 5910)
- Ultra pure water make up to 100 ml (^Millipore MilliQ)
