MEDIUM 706- for Polynucleobacter

- Yeast extract 0.5 g (^{BD Difco} 212750)
- Proteose Peptone n°3 0.5 g (^Difco 211693)
- Casamino acids 0.5 g (^{Becton Dickinson} 223050)
- Potato dextrose broth 0.5 g (^Difco 254920)
- Starch maize 0.5 g (^Prolabo 21 145.296)
- Sodium Pyruvate 0.3 g (^Sigma P-2256)
- Potassium di-hydrogen phosphate 0.3 g (^Labosi P1400)
- Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 0.05 g (^Merck 1.05886)

pH : 7,2 + 0,2 Sterilization : Time : 15 mn Temperature : +121°C OPERATING PROCEDURE 1. Boil 800 ml of distilled water in a bécher. 2. Add all the products and mix until complete dissolution 3. Complete with distilled water to the maximum volume 4. Adjust pH 5. Split the medium in 17 ml tubes (ie 8 ml per tube) 6. Sterilize CONSERVATION CONDITIONS Temperature : + 20 °C.
